तो दोस्तों बोहोत से जो नए आईएएस ASPIRANTS होते हे उनके मन में हमेशा ये बात रहती हे की आखिर आईएएस की PREPARATION के लिए एक अच्छी Strategy कैसे बनाई जाये। तो आज हम इसी बारे में बात करने वाले। अगर आप आईएएस एग्जाम के लिए  एक अच्छी Strategy बना लेते हे तो आपके सिलेक्शन के चान्सेस बोहोत बढ़ जाते हे।  कई लोग ऐसे होते हे जो without proper Strategy के एग्जाम देते हे और एग्जाम के किसी न किसी स्टेज में आकर असफल हो जाते हे। तो  यहाँ नीचे हम  कुछ Points Mention कर रहे हे आपको उसके अनुसार अपनी प्रीलिम्स की तैयारी करनी हे।

Previous year Question Paper - दोस्तो जैसे ही एक बार सिलेबस को अच्छे से पढ़ और समझ लेते हो तो उसके बाद आपको Previous year Question Paper  देखने होंगे आप पिछले पांच साल के Previous year Question Paper देख  सकते हे हे। Previous year Question Paper देखने के बाद आपको ये बात समज में आने लगेगी की UPSC किस तरह के प्रश्न पूछता हे।

NCERT - अब आपको आईएएस की पढाई की  शुरुवात करनी हे, आपको सबसे पहले NCERT बुक्स पढ़नी होंगी आपको Class 6th से लेकर 12th तक की  NCERT बुक्स पढ़नी होंगी।  बोहोत लोगो का ये प्रश्न होता हे की क्या सारी NCERT बुक्स Class 6th से लेकर 12th तक की पड़नी पड़ेगी तो इसका जवाब हे नहीं।  आपको सबसे पहले ये देखना होगा की UPSC  के सिलेबस में कोन कोन से सब्जेक्ट mention किये हुए हे बस उसी सब्जेक्ट की NCERT बुक्स पढ़नी हे। दूसरा प्रश्न ये होता हे के NCERT बुक्स पढ़नी जरुरी हे क्या ? तो इसका उत्तर  हे  हाँ क्योंकि जब आप NCERT की बुक्स पढ़ते हे तो आपको सब्जेक्ट के बारे में basic understanding हो जाती हे। और बोहोत से बार तो ये देखने को मिलता हे के UPSC सीधे NCERT बुक्स में से ही प्रश्न पूछ लेता हे तो इसे skip मत कीजिये।

Advance books - जैसे ही आपको सब्जेक्ट के बारे में NCERT की बुक्स  पढ़ कर basic understanding हो जाती हे अब आपको Advance books पड़नी होगी।  जैसे इंडियन पॉलिटी के लिए Class 6th से लेकर 12th तक की NCERT बुक्स पढ़ने के बाद आपको इंडियन पॉलिटी By Laxmikant पढ़नी होगी यहाँ Laxmikant Advance book हे। 


Current Affairs - Current Affairs के लिए आपको The Hindu newspaper रोजाना पढ़ना हे। साथ ही राज्यसभा टीवी की न्यूज़ देखनी हे।  अगर आप हिंदी medium से हो तो आप दैनिक जागरण राष्ट्रीय संस्करण ये newspaper पढ़ सकते हे। साथ ही विज़न आईएएस के Current Affairs की pdf डाउनलोड कर के भी आप Current Affairs की तैयारी कर सकते हे। 


Time Table - आपको एक अपने स्टडी के अनुसार एक अच्छा से टाइम टेबल बनाना हे।  और उसके अनुसार स्टडी करनी हे।  आपको दिन में कम से कम 6 घंटे तो स्टडी करनी होगी । याद रहे  आपको अपने स्टडी रूम को लाइब्रेरी नहीं बनाना हे।  आपको एक बुक का बार बार revision करना होगा।  आपके उज्वल भविष्य के लिए

दोस्तों UPSC का official calendar  आ चुका हे ,  UPSC के OFFICIAL calendar के अनुसार सिविल सर्विसेज प्रीलिम्स एग्जाम 31 May 2020 को कंडक्ट की जाएगी। वहीं UPSC सिविल सर्विसेज मैन्स एक्साम्स 18 September 2020 से शुरू हो जाएँगी। 


कुछ महत्वपूर्ण दिनांक 



1 ) UPSC सिविल सर्विसेज का OFFICIAL नोटिफिकेशन प्रीलिम्स के लिए -    12-February-2020 
2 ) प्रीलिम्स के लिए ऑनलाइन अप्लाई करेने की लास्ट डेट - 3- March -2020
3 ) UPSC सिविल सर्विसेज  प्रीलिम्स एग्जाम  2020 - 31 May 2020
4 ) UPSC सिविल सर्विसेज  मैन्स  एग्जाम  2020 - 18 September 2020

नोट - यह अंतिम एग्जाम Schedule नहीं हे , इस Schedule में चैंजेस की संभावना हे।  सटीक जानकारी के लिए UPSC 2020 February नोटिफिकेशन का इंतजार करे।

दोस्तों अगर आप आईएएस या आईपीएस की परीक्षा जिसे आम भाषा में सिविल सर्विसेज एग्जाम कहा जाता हे। अगर आप इस परीक्षा को पास करना चाहते हे तो आपको यह पता होना चाहिए की UPSC कोन से प्रश्न किस तरीके से पूछता हे। अगर आपको यह पता चल जाये की upsc का mindset क्या हे।  तो आप ये एग्जाम आराम से एक या दो अटेम्ट में क्लियर कर सकते हे। 
बोहोत से aspirants होते हे जो बगैर UPSC के पिछले साल के पेपर्स देखे बिना स्टडी करते हे और अपना बोहोत सा समय इस परीक्षा को दे देते हे। 


आज हम यहाँ UPSC 2019 प्रीलिम्स के पेपर को देखेंगे और साथ में ये जानने की कोशिस करेंगे की upsc ने किन किन विषयो पर कितने QUESTION पूछे हे।



आप को ये बता दे की upsc की प्रीलिम्स एग्जाम २ जून को पुरे भारत में UPSC द्वारा कंडक्ट की गई थी। 
इस परीक्षा में UPSC ने History और Art and Culture से 19 प्रश्न पूछे थे।  Geography और Environment से 27 प्रश्न पूछे थे।  Polity और Governance से 12 प्रश्न पूछे थे।  Economy से 15 प्रश्न पूछे थे।  Science और Technology से 17 प्रश्न पूछे थे।  International Relation से 3 प्रश्न और Current Affairs से 7 प्रशन पूछे गए थे। Overall देखा जाये तो सिविल सेवा 2019 का पेपर न तो ज्यादा आसान था और न ही ज्यादा मुश्किल।  इस पेपर को moderate पेपर कहाँ जा सकता हे।  
आपको यह बता दे की सिविल सेवा  प्रीलिम्स में दो पेपर्स होते हे। 
 १) जिसे पेपर १ या जनरल जनरल स्टडीज कहते हे
